Q: Do I need experience to start training?
A: Not at all. Our Beginner Pro Wrestling Class is designed for newcomers who have never stepped in a ring before. We’ll teach you the basics, from conditioning to safety, every Monday and Wednesday from 6 PM – 9 PM at the NBS Warehouse Training Center (160 W. Wildwood Dr, Mt. Zion, IL).
Q: Who are the trainers?
A: Head Trainer is The Chairman Jordan Perry, a 15-year veteran and one of the most respected wrestlers in Central Illinois. He’s joined by Assistant Trainer The Prodigal Son CMC, who started training at 14 and knows what it takes to grow from the ground up.
Q: How much does training cost?
A: Beginner classes are $30 per session. We also ask experienced wrestlers who drop in for open gym to make a donation to help keep the facility running.
Q: What should I bring to my first class?
A: Comfortable workout clothes, clean athletic shoes, water, and the right attitude. We’ll provide the rest.

Q: What are Open Ring Sessions?
A: Open Ring Sessions allow experienced wrestlers to come in, rent time in the ring, and polish their craft. It’s perfect for preparing for a show, practicing moves, or working on promos.

Q: Is there a cost to use the ring?
A: We just ask for a donation to support the training center and keep opportunities like this alive for everyone.

A: Yes! In fact, we encourage it. The more you create and share, the more attention you can bring to yourself and the local scene.

A: The Merch Lab is where wrestlers can design, create, and order custom merchandise like t-shirts, hats, and props. We’ll help bring your ideas to life.
Q: Do I need to be a student to use the Merch Lab?
A: Nope! Any independent wrestler or promotion can reach out. We’re here to support the whole community.
Q: What types of products can I make?
A: Shirts, hats, posters, props, and more. If you’ve got a vision for your gimmick or brand, we’ll help you make it real.

Q: Do you rent your ring out?
A: Yes! Our 18x18 professional wrestling ring is available for rent. It’s brand new and built to handle pro events, parties, and special attractions.
Q: What kinds of events can use the ring?
A: Wrestling shows, birthday parties, fairs, festivals, comic cons, corporate events, and even creative uses like concerts or themed competitions.
Q: Do you deliver and set up the ring?
A: Yes, We do! Pricing depends on location and services needed.

A: Absolutely. If you’re renting the ring for a pro wrestling event, we can connect you with talent — or you can bring your own.
